Konecta Latinoamerican presence won the trust of the investors. This Spanish multinational company received the support of more than 30 investors, who granted € 380 million with expiration in seven years and an interest rate of 5%.
Latin America contributes 60% of Konecta’s turnover. The company stated that this “has convinced investors in the financial world to obtain European conditions for a company with many of its interests in Latin America.”
From banking to institutional funds, among which are JP Morgan or Deutsche Bank, they supported Konecta. The company has been a pioneer in the international financing of the BPO business (business processes outsourcing) and opens the way for other Spanish companies seeking financial support.
Good prospectives for Konecta
Konecta will continue to grow both in revenue and in operating profit (EBITDA), according to analysts at rating agency Moody’s. This company is in a leading position in the CRM BPO outsourcing market in Spain and the countries of Latin America. Also, Konecta has maintained a long relationship with large customers.
These conditions offer Konecta favorable growth prospects for the industry in Latin America and a liquidity position.
Konecta, with almost 60K employees and 60 operating centers in ten countries, obtained a turnover of 833.5 million euros in 2018, nearly 100 million more than in 2017, and an operating profit of 87.9 million.
