Digit Latam will be held in Bolivia

The event seeks to integrate and unify the corporate world and startups with two points in common: digital transformation and innovation.

Bolivia will host Digit Latam, an event directed to the promotion of digital technologies. Entrepreneurs from Argentina, Spain, Chile, Paraguay, and Peru will participate in the conferences, said Ariel Valverde, one of the organizers.

Valverde also pointed out that the event seeks to integrate and unify the corporate world and startups with two points in common: digital transformation and innovation.

The organizers chose Bolivia as the venue for the first version because it is at the center of the South American region, according to Mauricio Dulón, chief executive of Khip.

Mauricio Ortega, marketing manager of the National Chamber of Commerce (CNC), said that they seek to promote technological ventures in Latin America to show that the region has export products.

Speakers with experience in ventures

The organizers of Digit Latam confirmed nine speakers that will address issues of change management, customer experience, user experience, artificial intelligence, social innovation and techniques to promote innovation and digital transformation.

Among the speakers of the event are Juan Carlos Acosta, former CEO of Tigo Colombia and Bolivia, Carlos Molina Vp Experience of IZO of Spain, Javier Iglesias, Global Director of Operations at Opinno in Spain, and Gabriel Marcolongo CEO and founder of Inclúyeme.

CNC’s manager emphasized that for the first time in Bolivia will be WOBI TV, the global business content platform that will provide full coverage of the event.

Digit Latam will be held on April 24 in Santa Cruz and on April 25 in La Paz. The next edition will be in Paraguay.
