Anisha Singh: Early days

Anisha began her career during the Clinton administration. She helped raise funds for women entrepreneurs in innovative businesses in Capitol Hill. She then joined Centra Software in Boston, where she facilitated the creation of e-learning ecosystems for companies in the Fortune 500. Upon returning to India, she initiated Kinis Software Solutions, which provides digital solutions to real estate companies in the United States.

Anisha Singh: Career

Anisha Singh co-founded mydala along with Arjun Basu and Ashish Bhatnagar in 2009. Mydala was born with a simple mission in 2009: to help users get more value with resources that are close to them. In the last eight years, she has worked to get savings for users in local eateries, salons and movie theaters and online stores.

Mydala is the second company of Anisha Singh. She has collaborated with more than 130 K merchants and 38 M users in 209 cities. The company is a leader in the market, with 200 K transactions per day. 85% of its traffic comes from mobile channels.

Their goal now is to help build a future where women’s success stories are accepted as the norm and not as an exception.

Anisha Singh won the Zee TV Outstanding Young Entrepreneur 2016 contest and the e-INC / eTales Award in Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 e-Commerce.

Anisha is an expert in entrepreneurship, equality between women in the workplace and e-Commerce. He has spoken at international conferences such as Mobile World Congress, Wired, Tedx, the Boao Forum, and Start-up India.

Anisha holds a position as a counselor at the Kogod School of Business, American University, where she is also a student. She has been a judge at the startup reality show called Dropout Pvt Ltd. on MTV.
