Brazilian startups could connect with German companies

The Brazil-Germany Chamber created the initiative.

Startups Connected will open registrations on July 19 for startups in Brazil and Germany who want to participate in the fourth edition of this contest for emerging companies.

The Brazil-Germany Chamber created the initiative. This contest is composed of nine challenges, each led by an anchor company such as Volkswagen, Bayer, and Siemens. The winner of each category will have access to a five-month acceleration program for the development of a pilot project.

“By participating in the Connected Startups Program, selected companies will have the opportunity to conduct a business roadshow in Germany and benefit from a series of benefits, such as resources for Innovations for the industry, advice in areas such as innovation management, intellectual property and success in the market, contact with members of the Brazil-Germany Chamber, access to coworking, diagnosis of maturity and participation in the Congress, “explains Bruno Zarpellon, director of the Innovation and Technology Department of the Brazil-Germany Chamber.

The challenges posed by companies include the cultivation of data, the production chain 4.0, the circular economy, energy efficiency, the digitization of production processes, urban mobility, paper innovation, and travel. In its latest edition, the program has accelerated ten projects, and half of the new companies are still with solutions underway with their anchor companies.

The Brazil-Germany Chamber will resolve doubts about the subscriptions in its YouTube’s Channel.
