Ayesha Khanna: Early days

Ayesha was born in Lahore, Pakistan. She received a scholarship to study at Harvard in the United States and then lived in New York. She moved to Singapore in 2012 with her husband and since then, they nationalized as citizens of Singapore.

Ayesha worked for more than a decade on Wall Street, where she developed large-scale trading risk management systems, as well as data analytics systems.

Today, Ayesha is one of the leading entrepreneurs in Singapore. She co-founded Addo AI, an artificial intelligence solutions firm that has Singtel and SMRT as clients.
In 2017, Forbes magazine mentioned that Addo AI was one of the leading AI companies in the field, while Ayesha was named as one of the most influential entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia.

Ayesha also founded 21C Girls, a charitable organization that offers free programming and Artificial Intelligence classes to girls in Singapore.

As an expert in technology and data analysis, she advises governments and companies on how to develop smart cities, skills for the future, fintech and emerging industries. In 2014, Ayesha worked at the Singapore Ministry of Education on the committee on skills for the future and applied learning.
