Mariana Andrea Nallim: Early days

Mariana Andrea Nallim’s experience revolves around work in universities, either as a teacher or as an assistant. Since 2001, when she started working as head of practical work, until now, she has always played a role in her alma mater, the Universidad del Aconcagua.

Another important role she has played in her work has been to create a Department of Foreign Trade and develop management strategies in addition to territorial marketing.

Some of her other jobs include being a technical assistant at the National University of Cuyo from 2003 to 2007. From 2005 to 2007 she was responsible for the development area for the Pro-Europa Foundation.

Mariana Andrea Nallim: Career

In 2002 Mariana Andrea Nallim got her first job as an entrepreneur when she began to tutor entrepreneurship at her alma mater.

In 2008 she noticed the problem that electronic waste formed, based on this, a plan to solve it began to be proposed and I put together a business plan.

She founded Reciclarg Recycling Technology in 2010 with her brother Farid. They sought to do a project that offered a recycling service for companies that generate technological waste.

Her company focuses on the three R’s of recycling, collection, reuse, recycling, in addition to working with awareness of the problem.

The work of Mariana Andrea Nallim also works in a very important way with the Ministry of Labor of Argentina. With them, young people who are 18 to 24 years old and have not finished their studies get training and work for 6 months, and then join the job permanently.

Thanks to her ideas, Mariana Andrea Nallim was recognized by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in the Green Entrepreneurship category as the Entrepreneur of the Year.

She currently works as a teacher and as director of the Center for Entrepreneurs at the University of Aconcagua.
