Mexican IT is starting to attract the attention of global players, as it has been shown at the end of February 2021. A global leader in consultative technology solutions, K2 Partnering Solutions, announced its acquisition of VisionIT Soluciones, the Latin America division of VisionIT, based in Mexico City.
Vision IT provides global human capital solutions, managed services, and software development. VisionIT Soluciones has a 20-year history of providing exceptional IT services to customers and talent across the region. The acquisition will expand K2’s existing footprint in Mexico and the wider Latin America region and follows the December 2020 acquisition of us-based company The Crevalle Group.
