Mariana Dias: Early days

Mariana Dias started her career as a trainee at Ambev until becoming responsible for all People Management products at all factories in Latin America. She worked for four years and held the position of Business Partner for Latin America. On the day she was invited to become a partner at Ambev, she decided to found a startup.

Mariana Dias: Career

Mariana Dias founded Gupy with her friend Bruna, after passing through the Ambev people area. Graduated in administration from USP, she sold her car and left a promising career to create a startup that promises to provide the ideal match between candidates and companies.


Through artificial intelligence and a platform with people-oriented data analysis, Gupy is a new generation HR Tech that, with only 3 years of life, already serves large clients such as Gol, Reserva, Renner, Movida, among other cases.

The startup helps thousands of people find their dream job.
