Richard John White: Early days

Richard White discovered the importance of hard work when he worked washing dishes when he was 12 years old. He started to be interested in refrigerating engineering after accompanying his dad in his job as a Refrigeration engineer. He liked engineering because it was something where he can use his hands and his mind, so he followed a career into that. However, he got interested in music later, and he opened a store for repairing musical instruments. He repaired instrument for bands as AC-DC and The Angels.

White jokes that he is an economic refugee from the music industry. In the 1990s, he worked for logistic companies and he could identify some challenges and opportunities in the industry, such as customs clearance and border compliance.
